I used to joke about being a “free agent” because I was already planning trips for friends and family, so finally I said, why not make it official? Since joining, this business has stretched me in the best ways. I’ve learned so many new tools and discovered that yes, even at my age, I can still pick up new tricks. It may not come as easily as it does for Gen Z, but it’s rewarding to push yourself and grow.
